Rosemont Chartered Surveyors is led by David Michie, a Chartered Surveyor with experience across London, Manchester, and Newcastle, spanning both global consultancy and client-side asset management roles.

His background includes industrial portfolio management within large-scale logistics real estate, alongside extensive advisory experience across both valuation and landlord and tenant matters as well as occupational strategy.

This combined perspective enables Rosemont to provide clear, commercially grounded advice informed by both advisory and asset ownership experience.
